Megastorm Sandy caught everyone offguard. More importantly, it has reignited the debate about human caused climate change and the forecasts for weather extremes of all types. The most poignant response I have heard is if you don’t believe in human caused climate change, “ask your insurance agent.” Insurance companies have been feeling the brunt of human caused climate change for years.
