
Kevin Kelleher has captured the conundrum Facebook finds itself in. Â A Catch 22 situation. I and some others I know, have felt this way for some time. The slow motion flash mob, or high velocity Adizes corporate life cycle of Facebook is reaching an obvious tipping point. Â I think people are tiring of the constant issues of abuse of privacy, and Kevin has also sensed the faddishness of it. Â Employers now scour Facebook before hiring anyone, so why go there anymore? Â Maybe another model will emerge to take Facebook’s place.
