The recent rapid transition to online streaming business meetings, conferences, and webinars has made that goal more challenging.
Our approach is to apply the proven Oxford University model to the online business consultation environment. At Oxford, students are organized as single individuals or very small cohorts, usually four or less, and assigned tutorial sessions with professors. This is combined with larger lectures, but always returns to the tutorial sessions, where questions can be addressed individually, and critical dialogue is encouraged. We have adopted the Oxford model for our clients, as providing the most effective structure for online business consultation. While it is more intensive and time-consuming, the model has proven its effectiveness over the decades. The result is satisfied clients who are empowered to return to their companies and apply their new ideas.
